 Method

  1. Cut the avocado into two portions and peel.
  2. Overturn half avocado on a plate and sprinkle a pinch of salt.
  3. Make a ball with half avocado for the head and two pieces for legs.
  4. Toast a slice of bread, make circles and place them on the tortoise.
  5. Finally, place two pieces of bread in the eyes.
