Ingredients

  • 150 g bread flour
  • 100g plain flour
  • 40 g sugar
  • 3 g salt
  • 10 milk powder
  • 10 g dry baker’s yeast
  • 115 g warm water
  • 30g egg
  • 20 g lard
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add the warm water, vanilla and egg. Continue beating.
  3. Incorporate the butter and knead.
  4. Form a ball, place in a deep bowl and cover with film. Let rest 45 m.
  5. Knead and form the starfish. Let stand on baking paper 30 m.
  6. Fry in a deep saucepan over medium heat. Bathe with water and powdered sugar glaze.
