Duck floats cookies

  • 200 gr. unsalt butter
  • 200gr. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 400 gr. flour
  • cinamon


  1. Mix the butter with the sugar until combined.
  2. Add the egg and cinamon.
  3. Add flour until a smooth dough.
  4. Divide dough in half , wrap it in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.
  5. Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Dust your work surface with a little bit of flour.
  6. Cut circles and cut another insead.
  7. Put a ball of dough on each circle.
  8. Bake at 350 °F for 15 minutes.
  9. Let cool and decorate with chocolate balls and sprinkles hearts.
