Orange crispy

  • 1/3 orange juice
    Zest of one small orange
    2-3 tablespoons brown sugar
    4 tablespoons margarine
    6 tablespoons flour


1 – Mix the orange juice with the sugar. Add the orange zest and melted margarine.

2 – Mix for the dough is smooth. You can beat it with the hand mixer.

4 – Preheat oven to 392 º F.

5 – With a spoon put portions of dough and press. Do not make them too thick.

6 – Bake 10 m.

7 – Let cool a few minutes on the same tray and then on a rack.
