Rice pudding fritters

Ingredients

  • 2 packs of rice pudding
    2 eggs
    flour
    cornflour
    sugar
    1/2 packet of yeast

 Method

1 – Beat the eggs and reserve.
2 – Mix the cornflour with the flour.
3 – Place rice pudding in a bowl. Add the beaten eggs, flour, sugar and yeast. Mix.
4 – Heat the oil in a pan and put portions of dough with a spoon.
5 – Brown them on both sides over medium heat and let dry on paper towels to remove excess oil.
