Autumn leaf salad

1 wafer dumplings
diced feta cheese
1 small tomato
dehydrated onion
olive oil


1 – On a wafer cut with a knife an autumn leaf.
2 – Fry over medium heat until browned on both sides.
3 – Let cool on paper towels to remove excess oil.
4 – In a bowl chop the tomato into small cubes, add the diced onion and feta cheese. Drizzle with a dash of olive oil.
5 – Place the sheet in the dish and cover with the mixture.
