Candy Canes cookies

Ingredients

  • 150 gr margarine
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of cream
  • 1 + 1/2 cup wheat flour (about 225 grams)
  • Ikea sugar beads

Directions

  1. Beat margarine and sugar.
  2. Add the cream and continue beating.
  3. Gradually beat in flour until dough is soft.
  4. Knead well with hands until dough is elastic but not sticky.
  5. Form a loop with the dough, knead on the stones of sugar and form the candy cane over a baking tray.
  6. Bake about 15 minutes at 350° F until golden.
