Hedgehogs croquettes

do you need an idea for lunch ?

This is a fun idea to eat fish, kids love when food becomes friendly animals. It is very easy to make, just you have to prepare a dough for croquettes and then cut a portion with a animal cutter you like.

1 fillet of fish

1/2 cup milk

1 onion

garlic powder

olive oil

  1. Boil the fish fillet and reserve. Fry onion with a tablespoon of olive oil. Drain them and place in the bowl of the mixer. Add the flaked fish, the half glass of milk, a pinch of salt and a little garlic powder. Grind.
  2. Place the mixture into the skillet over medium heat and add flour until the dough pulls away from the skillet.
  3. Let cool the dough at room temperature and then reserve in the refrigerator.
  4. Take a portion of dough, crush and cut with hedgehog cutter. Dip into beaten egg and then breadcrumbs. Fry over medium heat until browned.

 happy wednesday!
