1 sheet of puff pastry
1 chocolate mint filling
1 square of black chocolate fondant


  1. Stretch the pastry sheet.
  2. Cut two vertical strips of equal width.
  3. With a knife make the shape of the necktie in both strips, leaving a piece to the knot.
  4. Now make the knot.
  5. Chop the mint chocolate.
  6. Fill the necktie and the knot with the chopped chocolate.
  7. Cover with the partner and press the edges and the center.
  8. Bake at 392 ° F until the pastry is golden brown.
