Pumpkin fish

Ingredients

two white fish fillets
150 g of gourd
2-3 tablespoons brown sugar
a splash of milk
one small onion
flour
breadcrumbs

 Method

  1. Boil the pumpkin, onion and fish.
  2. Drain the water. Put the ingredients in the bowl of the mixer and add a splash of milk and the sugar.
  3. Heat the tablespoon of oliva oil in a saucepan and add the mixture.
  4. We incorporate flour until dough is elastic and not stick to the pan. Let cool.
  5. Cover a fish mold with plastic wrap and fill it with the dough, pressing down firmly.
  6. Reserve in the refrigerator 1 hour.
  7. Remove from pan, dip in breadcrumbs and fry.
