Quinoa porridge

 1 cup applesauce

 1 fresh peach

 2-3 tablespoons of Quinoa

 1 honey or brown sugar


1- Mix the applesauce and the honey until combined.

2 – Peel the peach and break into small pieces. Add the applesauce.

3 – Put the quinoa in a saucepan with water for 10-15 minutes until tender.
4 – Add the quinoa to the applesauce mixture.
5 – Serve.
Note: Quinoa is a gluten-free pseudocereal and provides calcium,magnesium and high iron.
