  • wafers for dumplings
  • 1 onion
  • 1 large can of tuna
  • bechamel sauce
  • brown sugar
  • oliva oil


  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion over medium heat.
  2. Add a tablespoon of brown sugar and mix.
  3. Incorporate the can of tuna (without oil) and a dash of bechamel sauce.
  4. Mix and remove from heat.
  5. Cut the wafer with a cookie cutter.
  6. Dip fry the wafers in oliva oil and set on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil. Serve immediately.
  7. On a plate place a wafer covered with tuna mixture and onion, place another wafer and repeat the operation.
