Surprise envelope

1 sheet of phyllo
bacon strips
1 onion
1 can of tuna
olive oil


1 – Fry the onion into strips with a little olive oil.
2 – Add the strips of bacon and fry.
3 – Incorporate the tuna and small diced dates. Mix.
4 – Fry a few minutes, mixing well. Reserved.
5 – Extend the pastry sheet and fold it in half.
6 – Cut the top end making a peak.
7 – Fill with the mixture and fold the bottom up.
8 – Cover with the peak end and fold the sides of the envelope.
9 – Bake at 180 ° C about 10-15 m. until browned. When it´s cool you can decorate with a edible ink pen.
